Have you paid for your photos, DVDs etc?

A gentle reminder for some. I am always happy to hand over disks of images, DVDs and calendars to people down the beach when they have no money on hand. Please do not leave it too long to sort out your payment. In some instances this has stretched into 3 months or more. I should not have to chase you up.

DVD 8 is also now Available. 90 mins of footage from the 2011 Winter season down the Point.

This DVD is only $10. It was all taken with my new Sony HDR FX100 video camera. I will also be releasing another DVD soon which will have footage from many of the local breaks, Mundaka and Hossegor that was shot during 2011. As always, if you appreciate what I provide, please do not bootleg my DVDs. They take a long time to make and I have a very limited market. Bootlegging them is basically stealing from me, the person who provides you with this service. $10 is after all a small price to pay for a permanent video record of surfing at our fantastic local breaks.

DVDs can be bought from me or from the Fin Box surf shop in Thirroul.

LEG ROPES . I now carry spare leg ropes in my camera case. If the surf is going off and you busted a leggie and don't have a spare, grab one for only $25. Yeah, you can pay me later.

Tuesday 31st Jan. Got up early hoping for some waves but the banks are still shot everywhere. So long summer. Images from Maccas are up.

Monday 30th Jan. January has been a non event as far as good waves go. I headed north to Staney in the afternoon. The Groms were having fun. Images coming.

19th Jan. Small ENE swell created a few fun waves down Maccas. in the morining. Had an afternoon session with the Groms down the Point. Images are now up.

12th jan. The swell predictions for Thursday 12th Jan were encouraging but it was a real no show event. Friday morning was a bit better. Images and video are now all up.

Your own Individual Website Page

In appreciation for all the support I get from everyone who buys my images I am now creating personalised pages contaning images of surfers who buy my images. Any names on the Individual Surfers Page which is coloured yellow indicates that they have their own web page. You have probably worked out that any text on my site that is yellow indicates that clicking on it links you through somewhere. Over time, as people order their images more people will have their own pages. Images displayed here will be larger and not have the large watermark across the middle of them. I am happy to create individual pages for anyone who has bought their images from me in the past but I will need your help. Once you have your images I delete them from your own folder and it is virtually impossible for me to go through my regular image library to hunt them up. Drop a selection of my images you already have onto disk and get it to me and I will create your own page. 10 People already have their own page on my site already.

2012 Calendars have arrived. Email if you ordered or want one. Hang it up at work to help you get through the day.

Individual Surfers Folders now being... CULLED ..!!!!!

I have an external 2 terrabyte hard disk where I keep folders for around 200 surfers. Every time I see images of those surfers after a shoot I make an extra copy of their images and put them in their folder. You can always see how many images I have of you in your own folder by clicking HERE . That external hard disk now holds 1.7 terrabytes of data and I need to free up space. Your images are also stored in my other external hard disks but on those disks they are catalogued by date and break and hunting up your images without image numbers and date is virtually impossible considering how many images I have. If you want to grab a copy of all the images I have of you currently stored in your own personal folder then please get in touch before the end of this year. If I haven't heard from you then I will assume you don't want them. Folders with more than 400 images in them will be emptied in Jan 2012. I will not delete folders with less than 400 images in them as I do understand that it can take a while to accumulate enough images for my bulk image package.

I have already culled over 200 gig (which equals over 100,000 images). Apologies to those surfers whose images have been deleted but I just can't afford to keep buying external hard disks to store your images in individual folders. A great big THANK YOU to all the people who have helped me out by buying your images. I genuinely appreiate your support. I will update the total number of images in each surfers folder as shown on the website soon.
